Dr. Deblina Dey is a passionate neuroscientist with over 12 years of experience in conducting scientific research in the areas of gene therapy, epilepsy, cognitive neuroscience, radiation oncology, and ion channel regulation. Having served as an Assistant Project Scientist and postdoctoral scientist at the University of California, Irvine, she possesses a wealth of expertise in planning and executing intricate scientific research projects, overcoming obstacles, and analyzing data effectively. Her scientific contributions have been recognized through over 300 citations across 13 published articles. She has also served as a peer reviewer for esteemed journals.

Beyond her research endeavors, Dr. Dey is passionate about mentoring and has guided over 20 research trainees across several projects, fostering a supportive learning environment that has propelled her students toward successful careers in medical school, Physician Assistant Programs, and Ph.D. programs.
